Chef Kristina began her pastry career at the renowned Papa Haydn restaurant in Portland, Oregon in 1998 after attending pastry school.
Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2002, she continued sharpening her pastry and cake design skills at Rosebud Cakes in Beverly Hills, SweetCake in Hollywood and Mani's on Fairfax in Los Angeles.
Her amazing creations have been the star attraction at celebrity weddings and birthday parties around southern California. Additionally her work has been showcased in feature films (Santa Clause 3, Bald the Movie), on local and national television (MTV, KTLA Morning Show, Good Day Oregon), as well as in print and online media (LA TIMES, O Magazine, People Magazine, OK Magazine, Desserts Magazine, Women's Health, MIX Magazine & Oregon Bride.)
2009 saw Kristina return to her roots in Portland and to Papa Haydn where she ran the wedding cake department and oversaw new product development for their prestigious bakery.
In 2013, she began heading the pastry program at Edgefield. She is continually inspired by the bounty of the vast edible and floral gardens, which she works with wedding parties to incorporate into their cake creations.
