CODE NAME: coho cold

Coho Cold IPA

Coho is our first take on the emerging Cold IPA style, which blends techniques from American lager brewing, hazy IPA dry hopping, and the making of old-fashioned steam beers to create a West Coast-ish IPA that is super aromatic, clear, bright and not-too-bitter with hints of the Swiss Lager yeast strain used to ferment it.

Halsey St. Hazy

Hazy as the morning fog, this IPA boasts an abundance of late addition hops that layer juicy notes of pomelo and starfruit. Fermented hot with a Norwegian Kveik culture for hints of mandarin orange and guava.

Wagon Wheel IPA  (CODE NAME: noble liquid)

A true West Coast IPA with a subtle blend of bitterness and aromatics from three varieties of citrus and fruit forward hops.  A crisp, balanced malt body allows bold flavors of grapefruit, meyer lemon and sweet orange shine through.

Revenge of the Haze (CODE NAME: lamda lamda lamda)
Edgefield Brewery, released February 2021

Packed full of stone fruit, coconut and tropical fruit flavors, Revenge of the Haze covers your palate with a soft maltiness from a generous amount of torrified wheat. Sabro, Mosaic, and Eldorado were added in three different dry-hop additions for an IPA experience worth revisiting.

Flurry New England IPA

Hazy, juicy and excessively dry-hopped, Flurry is Edgefield Brewery's take on the New England style IPA. Flurry was made with rolled oats and wheat to assist with haze formation, dry-hopped with huge amounts of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe

Unleash the Kraken Hazy Double IPA (CODE NAME: unleash the kraken)

Named in honor of our new NHL team, this monstrous fruit forward Hazy Double IPA boasts a big malt body along with hop flavors of candied citrus, pine, dragonfruit and red grapefruit.
