About Watery Mysteries and Terrors of the Pacific Northwest

Watery Mysteries and Terrors of the Pacific Northwest

The Pacific Northwest is rich in nautical tradition and maritime lore - its history filled with dark, epic tales of shipwrecks, sailors' superstitions, haunted lighthouses and forts, pirates, sea serpents, crimes, and more. Historian and author Ira Kitmacher presents these tales and unravels the fables haunting our waters.

Ira Kitmacher is the author of Haunted Graveyards of the Pacific, Spirits Along the Columbia River, Haunted Puget Sound, Pacific Northwest Legends and Lore, and more. He is a frequent public speaker and leads tours based on his books. Ira is a commissioner for the Thurston County Historic Commission.

It's like being back in the classroom - except this time you get to settle into comfortable seats and enjoy a drink or two with dinner while you listen and learn.
