Hosted by Hoke Harden and tasting a wide selection of whiskey from around the world, paired with a menu created by our executive chef, will round out the fantastic night.


Course 1
Whiskey Cured Salmon Crisps
with rye bread, dill crème fraiche, pickled onion & golden beets

Course 2
Bourbon Sweet Potato Bisque
with brown butter cinnamon sugar croutons

Course 3
Spring Vegetable Terrine Salad
roasted red peppers, rainbow chard, leeks, beet puree, goat cheese, micro salad greens, and pecan whiskey vinaigrette

Course 4
Venison Medallions with Whiskey Horseradish Cream Sauce
marinated venison served with barley risotto, chard & asparagus
