Hefty, powerful, bold. BIG. However you describe high-gravity beers, these extraordinary brews are intensely flavorful – and we’ll be sampling plenty of them, plus unique ciders from Pacific NW breweries and cideries. And you'll definitely want to try a series of ten collaboration beers by McMenamins brewers & friends. Linger by the outdoor fire, listen to live music and taste the night away.

ALE APOTHECARY - Bend, OR.
El Cuatro
Made of barley and caramel malts co-mingling with lactobacillus and Brettanomyces yeasts then transferred into brandy barrels to age for up to a year during an extended Brettanomyces lambicus fermentation. The brandy barrels and wild yeast fermentation give El Cuatro a plum & cherry fruitiness balanced by the slight toast of the malt body.

BEVEL CRAFT BREWING - Bend, OR.
Glow Round
Entering the colder months, we were looking for a beer to keep us warm as we continue the fun into the evening. What better way than with a bold, in-your-face Imperial Stout?! It's thick, roasted, chocolatey and bitter, and if you're patient you'll be able to fully experience the depths of flavors as the beer warms. Sip slowly and enjoy!

BLOCK 15 BREWING COMPANY - Corvallis, OR.
Spellbound
Brewed with a rich blend of specialty malts, this rustic English barleywine was matured in bourbon barrels that were emptied and then used to age maple syrup. These unique barrels lend vanilla, maple, and a gentle minerality to the base beer's caramel and dried fruit character.

BOSS RAMBLER BEER CLUB - Bend, OR.
Dark + Chili Mocha Stout
A mezcal oak-aged stout conditioned on ancho and pasilla chilies, cocoa nibs and whole coffee beans.

McMENAMINS CORNELIUS PASS ROADHOUSE BREWERY - Hillsboro, OR.
Perihelion 2020
This well-muscled barley wine is matured in a mixture of whiskey and port barrels, then lightly dry hopped to add a citrus note to its rich flavors of brandied figs, dates and browned sugar.

Pulpatine's Imperial Blood Orange Milkshake Sour
This beer is sweet, tart, tangy, and Imperial-strength. Soured in the kettle with the dark forces of live cultures from Nancy's Organic Kefir, then sweetened with lactose and vanilla for a rich finish that just begs you to strike down a pint. Blood Orange and Tangerine purees add a planet-smashing citrus blast.

Blackest Heart Stout
Barrel-aged cherry chocolate coffee Imperial Stout aged for over a year in McMenamins Hogshead Whiskey barrels with sweet cherries, cocoa and cold brew coffee.

FORT GEORGE BREWERY - Astoria, OR.
Matryoshka 2019
We took our infamous Russian Imperial Stout seasonal, From Astoria With Love, and aged it for a year in bourbon and wine barrels. We then added vanilla and coconut to create this annual treat that can't be missed.

Man of the Hour
This barrel-aged Flanders Red Ale is deep red to mahogany in color, with aromas of soft oak, baked plum and sweet cherry, complementing the spicy yet subtle tannins. A truly approachable Sour Ale.

A higher octane DIPA with a boatload of experimental New Zealand hops.

IMMERSION BREWING - Bend, OR.
First Snow
Bundle up and enjoy something to warm you from the inside. This big, robust - yet silky - Imperial Stout has aged for 10 months in a Stranahan's Whiskey barrel.

KOBOLD BREWING - Redmond, OR.
Full Throttle Imperial Breakfast Stout
Aged in a whiskey barrel for a smooth and powerful experience with rich notes of oat and coffee.
ABV: 9.50%         T

LITTLE BEAST BREWING - Portland, OR.
Fólkvangr
Barrel-Fermented Dark Saison. We used a Norwegian farmhouse strain of yeast, chocolate wheat & kilned coffee malts and Callista & Hallertau Blanc hops to produce a robust and round, pleasantly dry and very drinkable ale.

MONKLESS BELGIAN ALES - Bend, OR.
Four Devils
This strong, yet light bodied ale is inspired by Duvel - THE original Belgian Strong Golden Ale. The bouquet of Four Devils is sweet with a mild alcohol presence that intertwines with a pleasant pineapple character.

The Mandalorian (Redux)
We decided to ressurect an old recipe from 2015 and give it a new modern twist. We fermented this bad boy on a Kveik yeast strain at 95 degrees! This high temperature fermentation pumps out delicious fruity esters. If that weren't enough, we hit it with a heavy dry hop of Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe hops.

pFRIEM FAMILY BREWERS - Hood River, OR.
Scotch Barrel Aged Imperial Brown
Our Imperial Brown, aged in single malt scotch barrels, is a complex, malty beer. Aromas of toffee, nutmeg, and cinnamon, with a warm finish make it a must-taste for ale and Scotch lovers alike.
ABV: 12.3%         T

SILVER MOON BREWING - Bend, OR.
Plato
This Belgian-style Quadrupel has great strength with even bolder flavor. Plato is a dark creation with garnet hues and is a full bodied beer with a rich, malty palate and spicy phenols. It is sweet on the palate with a low bitterness and noticeable alcohol.

In celebration of our 4th anniversary, we brewed a Triple IPA with an irresponsible amount Sabro, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Motu in the dry hop. You're welcome.

WILD RIDE BREW CO. - Redmond, OR.
Magnitude Imperial IPA
This Imperial IPA makes its initial impression with an aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. That is followed by a clean mouthfeel with tremendous hop flavor, featuring Cashmere, Comet, Denali and Centennial hops.  A slight dry finish allows the overall flavor of the beer to be thoroughly enjoyed.

McMENAMINS WILSONVILLE BREWERY - Wilsonville, OR.
Ain't It the Life DIPA
This Imperial IPA uses over 500 pounds of grain in the mash giving this beer a light orange color. Three different hops at the end of the boil and in dry-hopping give it great flavors of mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, pine and citrus without lasting bitterness.

Dr. Dexter's Sour Gummiberry Juice
Dr. Dexter was a pharmacist who was down on his luck, before a gummi bear slipped into the human realm and poured gummijuice into his latest concoction. This kettle sour was conditioned on loads of gummi bears and will induce a tooti-fruity fantasy filled trip. CONTAINS GELATIN

Metric Fort
We started with a bold sweet stout recipe featuring a ton of lactose and a lengthy two and half hour boil. From there we added tasty cocoa nibs from Ecuador and delicious El Salvadoran coffee beans.

OLD ST. FRANCIS BREWERY/KOBOLD BREWING
Cookies and Cream Porter
We ventured over to Kobold Brewing in Redmond to brewed this special Oreo-inspired beer with brewer/owner Steve Anderson. Made with a ton lactose and various delicious dark malts, this beer will make you question if you should have it with dinner or for dessert.

OLD ST. FRANCIS BREWERY/MARKET OF CHOICE
Cherry Moo-Stachio
After much deliberating with our friends at Market of Choice, we decided to recreate the spumoni dessert in the form of a beer. We started with a thick stout brewed with lactose and added a ton of cherries and pistachio butter.

Beskar Barleywine
This Barleywine features a 100% Mecca Grade malt bill, and after a fun afternoon of brewing with owner Seth Klann we love the end result. Bold, thick, and easy to drink, this Barleywine hits all the classic flavors of toffee, biscuit and caramel.

Silver Haze
Dry hopped with massive amounts of Azacca, Citra, and Strata hops, the end result is a crushable citrus bomb.

Black Sea Salt Baltic Porter
With all the character of a traditional Baltic Porter, the black lava sea salt in this Porter elevates the flavors of the dark malts for a delicious beer!

Can I Haz Some Pie?
We love pie and we love sour beer, so it made the most sense to bring those two awesome things together. Brewed with lactose, vanilla beans and a ton of blackberries, this sweet and sour concoction rides the fence between beer and dessert.

All About the Bock
We brewed a malty Doppelbock with a twist. We fermented this beer on the Urkel yeast strain to give it some tasty fruity esters. With heavy notes of toffee, caramel, and biscuit. This bold, but quaffable lager goes down smooth.

Festive and warming, Nice & Naughty is crammed full of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and a touch of honey to celebrate the season.

Winter Hard Apple
Dark, rich cider with the fall flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Blood Orange Ginger Cider
This refreshing cider comes in with a punch of blood orange and a spicy ginger finish that's nicely rounded out with a hint of sweetness.

Earl Grey Cider
This cider brings a pleasant aroma of orange blossom, bergamot, and honeysuckle. The tea gives it a subtle tannin structure and a nice citrus finish that adds to this refreshing, bright and semi-dry cider.

About High Step Society

High Step Society

When the honeyed tones of The Jazz Age meld with hottest beat drops of the new millennium, you get High Step Society’s elixir of American Electro Swing. Grandma remembers when she listened to jazz giants on the old Victrola. Grandkids feel the bass beats deep in their chest cavity. Merging dance music from our past with sounds for the future, High Step Society features a shimmering horn section that soars over syncopated high hats and rat-a-tat snare. The kids in the band are electronic music producers as well as educated jazz musicians. Audaciously sophisticated, High Step Society is rethinking jazz with unorthodox arrangements, and bringing a touch of elegance to modern electronic music. 

The band is “at once groovy and raucously tight, High Step Society’s tunes growl to a Cotton Club vibe that plunges the depths of the EDM trench.” (Eugene Weekly, 10/8/15).  They ”take it to the next level with live horn sections, sultry singers and energetic dance beats that capture the excitement of the jazz age and rocket launch it a century into the future.” (Eugene Weekly, 4/9/15)  Their live shows are classy affairs where everyone is encouraged to dress their best, so the band and the crowd are looking top notch while the dance floor sizzles.

    High Step Society’s first recording, “The Duke Suite” EP was released July 2015 for free download on their SoundCloud page. This is just the beginning for this hot new Electro Swing band who takes inspiration from the likes of Caravan Palace, Duke Ellington, and newer producers like G. Jones. Since their formation in 2015, they have been lighting up music festivals and packing dance halls across the Northwest.

The Groove Cabin

The Groove Cabin is a rock and roll band from Hood River, Oregon.

Members Ryan Brevard on electric guitar/mandolin/vocals, Dom Degiovanni on drums, John Hunter on electric guitar/vocals, Jesse King on banjo, Max Reitz on guitar/percussion/vocals, and Andy Roof on bass/vocals create a rhythmic and uplifting style of music we call Cabin Rock.

Since our inception, we have spent time in mountain cabins writing and playing music that inspires us and our listeners. Influenced by our diverse tastes in music and our beautiful PNW surroundings, we play original music aimed at getting the listener up and dancing.
