This award-winning IPA was brewed with Cryo Hops: the most innovative hop technology known to man! Through a cryogenic seperation process, pure lupulin powder is extracted from any hop, leaving behind a "hop powder" that contains all the desired flavor. This separation from the plant matter gives us the ability to use more hop, while eliminating any unwanted flavors found in the plants. Enjoy the huge aroma and juicy flavor from pounds of Mosaic powder in this experimental IPA.

"Who wants an Orange Whip? Orange Whip? Orange Whip? Three Orange Whips!" No fruit was harmed in the making of this "Juicy" IPA. In fact, there's no juice in this IPA at all. Rather, it's a real IPA that benefits from heaps of El Dorado and Mosaic Hops which give it it's succulent aromas and flavors of orange, tangerine and grapefruit. We think this IPA predicates Juiciness! Uh, and if you don't know, now you know.

Crisp, banana, clove. A German "Steam Beer" brewed largely in the rural Bavarian Forest region. Our version is brewed with chestnuts and lentils.
This is our take on the renowned Bohemian-style Pale Lager that you might find in Bavaria or the Czech Republic. When coming up for the recipe for Pils, owner and brewmaster Rick brewed 17 batches of this beer to make it perfect. The recipe is based on the traditional and beloved Pilsner Urquell, which is why we've chosen not to filter our beer and why our lagering time is as long as it is--from brewday to when we bottle or keg Pils, it's at least eight weeks. Ours Pilsner is a little more golden, rounder, and a little more malt driven than many other versions. The beer possesses strong hop character that is balanced by its rich, round, malty palate. Refreshing and balanced, this beer is a favorite of our winery friends during harvest.
This specialty Sour is made with delicious raspberries and fresh rhubarb. It's tart and slightly sweet with strong notes of fruit, a beautiful crimson hue and an even more amazing taste.
This big IPA utilizes Cascade, Amarillo and Centennial Hops. It's fruity and fun at first before it slowly turns bitter and you've got to go back. It's a fun experiment that reminds you that sometimes change is a good thing, and it's still fun to reminisce about the past.

Bloops is as much a Wheat Beer as a Fruit Beer. Perfect balance of aroma, flavor and character define what some call the ideal blueberry muffin. It smells like ripe, fresh berries with a hint of spice, but that aroma blends in as a flavor component rather than being the dominant experience. Lush, balanced, quenching, an all year Wheat...with blueberries.

Musica Norteña has a startling resemblance to Bohemian polka music. In the same vein, German lager brewing migrated to Mexico in the 19th Century and continues to play a role there. The barley malt is Heidelberg, the lightest in color that Best Malz makes. Then the ur-grain of the America, corn, jumps in to lighten and brighten the flavor. Wakatu Hops, a child of the classic German Hallertauer Hop wraps things up with a crisp lime note. Prosit or ¡salud! to summer, whichever works for you!
Remember raspberry lip-gloss, the 70's phenom that was both tart and a bit tingly when it touched your lips? That's pretty much our Raspberry Pale Ale. So fresh and tingly, you'll want to slap its face, while the lingering hint of bitterness will leave you wishing that you had.

This Triple IPA boasts heavy citrus notes.
A rare beer with a history of over 1,000 years. Originating in Goslar, Germany, this beer style marries a number of brewing traditions: Belgian, Bavarian and Berlin (the three B's). It starts with a splash of fresh coriander in the beer (remind anyone of Belgium?), then is fermented with a Bavarian Weizenbier yeast strain, creating a lovely banana-fruity note, then finishes with a tart twang similar in nature to the Sour Beers produced in Berlin. Your Brewmaster brings this recipe from the two main breweries still creating this beer style in Germany! Goseanna!
Hard apple cider with peach, orange and cranberries. Yum.
Anthem Cider seeped with Rooibus and Hibicus Tea.
Pressed golden orange apricots dominate this uniquely tart cider. The apricots add a subtle flavor that's like combining a peach and a plum but not quite as sweet. The Romans and Greeks had it right when they used apricots as a main ingredient of their drink known as the "Nectar of the Gods". The driest of our ciders leaves a lasting round finish that calls for more.
