A shoebox-sized brewery with a grand tradition, the Fulton has been crafting brews since 1988. This old building has ties to one of Portland's great old saloon men, Jake Reisch, and one of the city's pioneer breweries — The U.S. Brewery.
Nebraska Bitter, named for the street on which the brewery is located, was born here early on and has become a standard favorite company-wide. Other notable historical Fulton brews include Electric Orange Weizen, Unfrozen Caveman Porter and Squirtie Pale Ale, a favorite full-bodied concoction that reappears every May for the brewpub's anniversary.
Journeyman brewer Ryan Mott now makes his home at the Fulton, and always has a tap board full of creative and delicious libations for you to sample as well as a long-time regular, Hammerhead Dave, who is always happy to critique his wares...
