SCOTT STANDLEY 2026 - "TIDELAND COUNTRY DEMONS"

Scott Standley's debut solo album VICTORIA spanned indie, western, Neo-soul and folk for a new blend of "cosmic southern" music. His 2nd album TIDELAND COUNTRY DEMONS is a protest album with a few hints of the first record mingled in, a product of time spent on the Olympic Peninsula farming in tidelands. Scott is an Austin-born singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. After playing in group projects for years in Austin and Chicago, he launched a solo project of experimental and choral-focused music. Scott's songs reflect the Southern music that he grew up hearing in the house (Bonnie Raitt, Crosby Stills and Nash, choral hymns and folk standards) but also his favorite current artists (Brittany Howard, Frank Ocean, Perfume Genius, Sufjan Stevens). Scott currently lives and works as an oyster farmer on the Olympic Peninsula with his wife. He is playing shows over the next year through Seattle, Portland and the region.
