About Winter Scotch Dinner

Join us for a scrumptious multi-course specialty dinner, with the menu crafted by Executive Chef Andreas Blikas and paired with a wide selection of scotch: Glenlivet French Oak 15 year, The Balvenie 14 year Caribbean Cask, Glendronach 12 year, Laphroaig Quarter Cask 10 year and Ardbeg Dark Cove.

The host is "Scotch Guy" Stuart Ramsay, who will share scotch insight throughout the evening.

Appetizer- Sweet potato risotto with rosemary & pumpkin seeds
Salad- Root vegetable carpaccio, balsamic mascarpone, arugula
Entrée- Roast lamb lollipops, polenta, pomegranate rosemary
Dessert- Candied rhubarb tart, sage crust, strawberry, dark cacao dust
