DEVILS BIT WHISKEY
Our St. Patrick's
Day whiskey returns! This in-demand spirit only comes around once a year; get
it while you can! 200ml bottles go on sale Saturday, March 14 at the hotel gift shops,
bottle shops and select locations.
Devils Bit 2026
This year's Devils Bit is the marriage of two single-barrel
whiskeys - one distilled from our Ananda grain bill, the other from our
Hammerhead grain bill. Each matured for eight years in charred American white
oak before spending an additional two years finishing in Sauternes French oak
wine barrels. Finally, the two were blended, resulting in a richly layered
whiskey offering aromas of dark cherry-infused chocolate, warm waffle cone and
graham cracker. On the palate, golden raisins and honey unfold alongside subtle
baking spices atop a balanced, lingering finish. Sláinte!
