DEVILS BIT WHISKEY
Our St. Patrick's Day whiskey returns! This in-demand spirit only comes around once a year; get it while you can! 200ml bottles go on sale Saturday, March 14 at the hotel gift shops, bottle shops and select locations.

Devils Bit 2026
This year's Devils Bit is the marriage of two single-barrel whiskeys - one distilled from our Ananda grain bill, the other from our Hammerhead grain bill. Each matured for eight years in charred American white oak before spending an additional two years finishing in Sauternes French oak wine barrels. Finally, the two were blended, resulting in a richly layered whiskey offering aromas of dark cherry-infused chocolate, warm waffle cone and graham cracker. On the palate, golden raisins and honey unfold alongside subtle baking spices atop a balanced, lingering finish. Sláinte!

About The Litch Brothers

The Litch Brothers

The Litch Brothers are a progressive bluegrass ensemble from the Pacific Northwest, founded by brother duo Tashi and Kaj Litch. Their journey took a pivotal turn when Brandi Carlile discovered them busking at Pike's Place Market in Seattle and invited them to perform at her sold-out show at Benaroya Hall, alongside Mike McCready of Pearl Jam and the Seattle Symphony. Since that breakthrough moment, the band has quickly made a name for themselves both in the Pacific Northwest and beyond, earning a dedicated following with their innovative sound and vibrant energy. As their notoriety has grown, they've been asked to play numerous festivals, including IBMA Bluegrass Live!, Ogden Music Festival, and Salmonfest Alaska. Most recently, they were honored to be selected as showcasing artists at Your Roots Are Showing 2025, Ireland's premiere folk music conference.

With Tashi Litch on mandolin, Kaj Litch on guitar, Evan Snoey on fiddle, and Ben Lewis on bass, the group blends original compositions, bluegrass standards, and folk-inspired covers. While their influences include artists such as Watchhouse, The Punch Brothers, and The Avett Brothers, The Litch Brothers have a sound all their own - one that's bold and forward-thinking, yet firmly grounded in traditional bluegrass. Each member brings their own distinct musical voice, contributing to the band's versatility and adaptability, whether performing for large crowds or in intimate settings.

Beyond their musical skill and innovation, what truly stands out at a Litch Brothers show is their energy. These young musicians clearly love what they do, and their infectious passion and enthusiasm make their performances a thrilling experience. If you're not already a fan of bluegrass, the Litch Brothers just might win you over.
