DEVILS BIT WHISKEY
Our St. Patrick's Day whiskey returns! This in-demand spirit only comes around once a year; get it while you can! 200ml bottles go on sale Saturday, March 14 at the hotel gift shops, bottle shops and select locations.

Devils Bit 2026
This year's Devils Bit is the marriage of two single-barrel whiskeys - one distilled from our Ananda grain bill, the other from our Hammerhead grain bill. Each matured for eight years in charred American white oak before spending an additional two years finishing in Sauternes French oak wine barrels. Finally, the two were blended, resulting in a richly layered whiskey offering aromas of dark cherry-infused chocolate, warm waffle cone and graham cracker. On the palate, golden raisins and honey unfold alongside subtle baking spices atop a balanced, lingering finish. Sláinte!

About Ryan Powell & Friends

Ryan Powell & Friends

Ryan Powell is a folk musician and singer songwriter located in Portland, Oregon.  He plays vibrant mix of Irish songs of hope and rebellion, Scottish dream songs, live looping and original compositions accompanied by  guitar, bodhran, low whistles, bouzouki and more to create a rich experience of sound and song.

Born in Denver, Colorado, Ryan made his way out to Portland to attend Lewis & Clark College in 1990. He lived in Ireland for 6 months as part of an overseas study program, studied James Joyce with Senator David Norris, explored the wild landscape of Western Ireland and began to play music on the streets of Dublin and Galway with his friend Matt Hall. Ryan and Matt, upon returning to Oregon, founded the Celtic rock/jam band Blind Rafferty in the mid 1990's and played all around Portland and the Pacific Northwest.  He has played along with Jake Grieco in the duo Hills and Hollows and now plays primarily as a solo act, bringing his songs to communities around Cascadia.  He leads a group journey to SW Ireland every few years which is filled with music, mystery, storytelling and delight.
