The White Eagle is one of the most storied joints in the Northwest, and with good reason.  As one of the longest continually operating saloons in Portland, the clientele has ranged from waterfront workers to Prohibition "soda shop" customers to long-haired hippies. And with all those characters over the years, the place was bound to pick up a few ghosts...
