AboutWhat We MakeMeet the MakersWhere to BuyDiscover Our Breweries 6 Barrel Brewhouse Established: February 1997 2016 Brewery Production: 1,615 barrels • 3,230 kegs • 400,520 pints This second-story brewery is home to well-seasoned and endlessly creative brewers Drew Phillips and Stephen Harper, who in addition to the usual company standards and seasonals, work to have a constant rotation of flavorful and unique offerings for patrons of Ringlers and the Ballroom, as well as three outlying pubs. House favorites include No Bad Days IPA and Stephen Weizen. The brewers here also make frequent use of the barrels made available by the Edgefield Distillery, and these fabulous barrel-aged beverages are not to be missed. The brewery itself is housed in what was originally the Crystal Ballroom's dance rehearsal studio. Bits of the legendary ballroom's history are depicted on the brew and fermentation tanks, including a stern portrait of Lola Baldwin, the conservative policewoman who stayed busy during the Jazz Age keeping booze and other vices out of this place. One of McMenamins' pioneer brews, Crystal Ale, was named honoring the ballroom before the property was acquired. The recipe was refined in 1997 to coincide with McMenamins reopening of the ballroom. Looking for your Crystal Ballroom Passport Stamps? Crystal Ballroom, Lola’s Room & Crystal Brewery Tour occurs daily at 2 p.m. - meet at Ringlers Pub (street level below the Crystal Ballroom.) Stamps for the Crystal Ballroom and Lola’s Room are also available when you see a show – ticketed or free – in either venue. Please note: Due to private events, concert setup needs and brewers’ schedules, not all spaces are guaranteed to be available to tour daily, but our staff will give it our best shot and show you the spaces that we can. 1332 Belgian Wit Bad Luck to the Rolling Water Battlehammer IPA Beer of the Reaper Black Widow Porter Brewers Brunch Oatmeal Pale Cascade Head Crystal Hammer #2 Dying Embers IV Edgefield Extra 2013 Edgefield Extra One Year Feel Good Country Lager Firefly Kölsch Fog Witch IPA Gratuitous IPA Hammerhead Hammerhead Dry-Hopped Head of Sin India Red Ale Hillsdale Ale 30th Anniversary I Choo- Choo- Choose You Milk Chocolate Cherry Stout Jam Session ISA Johnny Flipflops Tropical Sour Kris Kringle Latte Stout Leafhound IPA Lost Weekend Cascadian Brown Ale McMenamins Irish Stout Nebraska Bitter Nine Worlds IPA Purple Haze Red Rhino 2017 Red Riser IRA Rubinator Ruby Sabertooth Kush IPA Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown Speedwolf Square and Compass Cascadian Amber Stephen Weizen Stillicide Pilsner Strawberry Kiwi Sour Strawberry Kiwi Sour Sunflower IPA Terminator Stout The Extra Special Kris Thundercone Fresh Hop Ale Undetectable IPA Vanilla Latte Stout Winter's Hollow Nut Brown Lloyd “Drew” Phillips Brewer Stephen Harper Brewer (or purchase a glass growler at any of our locations) Beer Hard Cider 32 ounce $8-$12.50 32 ounce $9-$14 64 ounce $16-$25.00 64 ounce $18-$28 Get fills on special at the Pubs: Growler Mondays: $9* *certain beers may be additional charge Cider Wednesdays: $14* *this price applies to standard Edgefield Cider – regular apple or seasonal only Check out what's ON TAP at WHICH LOCATIONS on the free McMenamins app. Cans Our 16-ounce cans of signature Ruby and Hammerhead are available at all locations.
