About Cedar Hills

Meet the New Cedar Hills Pub

Have you heard the news? Our longtime Cedar Hills Pub moved across the street into a new, larger space! Come experience 40 taps of handcrafted ales and ciders, and a bar area that may be able to fly. Gather with friends inside near the giant garage doors or fireplace, or outside on the extended patio. Make plans to meet up to watch a big game; we’ve got plenty of TVs! The pub has an new extended menu as well.

The new Cedar Hills Pub is now a location to purchase bottles of McMenamins handcrafted spirits to go.

If you’re looking for a meeting space, we’ll be taking reservations starting January 1, 2018 for three different event spaces that each seat 24-40 people.

Here at Cedar Hills, we offer Northwest-style pub fare that incorporates the freshest seasonal ingredients from local and regional growers and producers. Our pizza, soups and more are house-made, and seasonal specials are always a menu option - ask your server for details.

We offer locally made gluten-free buns for an additional charge with hamburgers and sandwiches – as well as other options catering to dietary restrictions. Please note: Although the bun is gluten-free, our kitchens are not.

Meet the "Crowlers"

It's a can...It's a growler...No, it's a Crowler®!

The Crowler® is a one-use, recyclable 32 oz. can that's filled and seamed right at the bar. As an alternative to a growler, it’s light, portable and keeps the beer fresher longer.

We purge the cans with CO2 before filling them, so no beer-degrading oxygen is added to the beer. The Crowler® is then filled immediately. The lid is applied and sealed under pressure. A Crowler® can keep beer or cider fresh and shelf stable for up to six months. Let us know what you’d like, and we’ll fill one for you, to go!

Crowler Prices:
McMenamins Ales $9-$13.50
Edgefield Ciders $10
Small Batch Ciders $15
Crowler Tuesdays $2 off
Guest Beer & Cider on Draft Price will vary.

History

Even for a McMenamins establishiment the propellers, gauges and other aeronautic accoutrements that dress up this pub seem completely out of place to some. That is, until you learn that the Beaverton area was once a forerunner in all phases of early aviation, and that the heart of it all was right here where the Cedar Hills pub now stands. For close to 40 years, this was the site of the Bernard airport....

Read about how McMenamins Cedar Hills took flight on the site of a former airstrip.
