We decided to call our Kölsch-style beer “Das Bier” (The Beer) because a Kölsch is a standard, solid representation of beer. As usual with we try to stay as close as possible to what a traditional Kölsch is supposed to taste like, although it is our interpretation of the classic style. Bright and clean, Das Bier is perfect for those hot Oregon days. It has a crisp malt character with a touch of hop bitterness.
Pouring golden in color with a light to medium body, Stay Gold Kölsch delivers a honey-like malty sweetness with a crisp clean finish and a hint of floral hop flavor and aroma.
Tail Rotor Red helps guide us- with its crisp malt body, distinctly balanced bitterness and piney fruit aroma- on our palates trajectory towards the extraordinary!

Coffee and beer? Yes, please. We fire up a stout and add in some coffee. But not just any coffee. This is Steel Bridge Coffee. Roasted right here in Salem and delivered to your house by bike. Combine all that together and you get an easy drinking, approachable stout that will make anyone’s day.
What happens when you get a bunch of brewers together and want to make something weird? Well, get Dan from Ratchet to get some yeast from Scandanavia. Get Jim from Bine to go get several pounds of juniper from central Oregon. Get Lance from SAW to pick a ridiculous historical style. Get Matt from Xicha to provide donuts and wool style points. Get Ryan from Old Standby to tell us how to make beer. Boom! A virtual Voltron of collaboration gets us a thick, luscious beer with strong notes of banana, juniper, and a hefty malt backbone to hang it all on.
This is our take on the traditional German wheat sour beer. We kettle soured this beer; meaning before we boiled all of the wort we pitched Lactobacillus into the warm wort in the kettle and allowed it to create lactic acid overnight before we continued the brew process.
A collaboration by Jen from Thompson and Ryan from Old Standby Brewing, this single hop Strata Rye IPA brings layers of passion fruit, grapefruit and dank cannabit to pair with notes of crisp, spicy rye. Similar to the clarity and richness of a rare violin, this limited beer tastes as good as it sounds.
Surebert's Aware Tour Brut IPA is a raspberry and lime fruited Brut IPA. So crisp, clean and fresh you would think it was produced by Q-tip. The raspberry and lime enhance the dryness of the Brut to simulate the refreshing feel and flavor of sherbet on a hot summer day. Mirabelle plums are a specialty plum from the Lorraine region of France. Prized for their full flavor and high sugar content, they have been used for centuries to make jams, wine and brandy. These mirabelles were biodynamically grown in Oregon’s beautiful Lorane valley, fermented whole, pressed and aged to make a full bodied wine. This cider is a blend of Jonathan and Gravenstein apples and mirabelle plum wine. A rich full bodied version of the Wild Plum series. All Oregon grown, all the time.
