This German-style spring lager was brewed to celebrate our 12th anniversary of brewing in Burien, WA. Biscuity malt flavor and clean hop bitterness define this smooth drinker. Prost!
Yep, the cool kids like it hazy. Tropical fruit punch dominates the palate and the Norwegian farmhouse yeast keeps the beer interesting all the way to the bottom
Juicy, hazy, and hoppy. We used new school methods that give this beer a smooth mouthfeel. Hops were generously added to this beer to give it a hop-forward taste, while keeping the bitterness low. Hopping during fermentation gives the hops a smooth mouthfeel. Hazy yeast was then added to highlight the juicy notes of fruit.

The Tzigane Pilsner (pronounced si-gahn) is the very first lager to be brewed at Mill Creek, and it was made with traditional German Malts and a wonderful mix of two different types of European Pilsner yeast. The name of this beer is derived from the Hungarian word meaning "gypsy," in honor of the nomadic work schedules that so many of our staff members have. Whether it's summer shifts on the coast, daily deliveries up and down the interstate, or that random trip to our northern-most outpost to brew a batch of beer, we're always moving to keep the machine running.
This collaboration was brewed at Mountain Lakes Brewing Co. with "wasted loaves" of bread from the bakery at The Grain Shed Brewery. Finished with just the right hop balance and flavors of caramel and toasted malts, this is a delicious, full-bodied beer.
Influenced by Dry Fly Distilling, we used Triticale Wheat developed by W.S.U. and grown close to our brewery on the Palouse to create this rich, robust IPA that is as sweet and malty as it is hoppy and crisp. Fruit notes balanced with spicy hops and a rye finish complete this almost sessionable IPA.
