Travel the back roads of America, through ghost towns in the deepest
part of the west or the majestic river valleys of the south, and you are
in the musical territory of The Low Bones --Americana. Drawing on a
mix of influences, the original songwriting recalls the country-rock
sound of Buck Owens, Graham Parsons, Uncle Tupelo and enough grit to add
Tom Petty to the mix.
The Resolectrics at heart are a classic rhythm & blues band. But like the pioneers of rock & roll in the 50's, 60's and 70's, The Resolectrics draw inspiration from many sources in the roots of American music to create an original and soulful blend of rock, classic r&b, and folk. Their ragged-yet-heartfelt harmonies, bluesy riffs and swampy grooves are sure to move you.
Size 85 High Tops are an art-rock band from Portland, OR comprised of Jesse Keyes (guitar), Scott Van Schoick (drums), Joel Bocek (guitar), Emily Overstreet (keys), and Colby Hansen (bass). Their music is a rich and colorful brew of sounds and styles steeped in classic rock, power pop, folk, prog, and country.
