Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Grand Lodge's first-floor restaurant serves casual meals in a comfortable setting. Our resident chef offers options ranging from hearty steaks and fresh salads to pasta dishes and breakfast favorites. Menu offerings are inspired by his harvest of greens and other edibles from our onsite gardens, which you’ll see interwoven in the menus; basil and Yukon potatoes, perhaps? The chef even has four types of mint growing; see if you can taste the abundance of flavor that only comes from picking a vegetable or herb and preparing it moments later in the kitchen. Eggs from our resident chickens are used as well.
Have a look at the intricate iron scrollwork that gave the spot its name. Antique glass windows (discovered in the basement at our Olympic Club Hotel & Theater in Centralia, Washington) provide a view into the past. And on warm days, guests can enjoy dining outdoors in the courtyard for another pleasant view.
