we couldn’t agree more. Celebrate Irish whiskey (and life!) at a multicourse
dinner in Father Luke’s Room. You’ll taste so many intriguing whiskeys, you may
feel a touch Irish by the evening’s end.

Whiskeys including Hyde 10 year, West Cork 10 year, Tullamore Dew 10 year, The Quiet Man
8 year, Jamesons Cooper's Croze and Green Spot. Paired with an amazing menu from
Executive Chef Matt Schumaker-Meyers.
Beet cured salmon with creamy herbed cucumbers
Spicy tomato veloute with parmesan straws
Lamb scallopini with espelette creme fraiche and radicchio
Aged ribeye with horseradish gremolata. Served with asparagus and black garlic
Bete Noir with raspberry coulis
