About Bigfoot Bolt and Brews Tour

Bigfoot Bolt and Brews Tour

To become a yearly event that connects people to the bigfoot culture and showcase local breweries while raising funds to promote primate conservation.

Bigfoot Bolt and Brews Tour is a speaking event that brings 5K runners, bigfoot experts, and beer together. Speakers this year include Cliff Barackman of Animal Planets “Finding Bigfoot”, Derek Randles of The Olympic Project, Shane Corson of The Olympic Project and Monster X Radio, Todd and Diane Neiss of the American Primate Conservatory, Marc Myrcell, expert on the historical Ape Canyon incident, and our MC Guy Edwards of Brain Jar Media and Bigfoot Lunch Club.  McMenamins, Deschutes Brewery, and Des Chutes Historical Museum will be hosting the speakers. Each location will also feature a brew ambassador who will say a few words about the brews created for this event.

Speakers will be available to answer all your bigfoot questions at the meet and greet.

On Sunday, August 12, there will be a 5K run to benefit the non-profit Chimps Inc at Riverbend Park.  Chimps Inc, located outside Bend, is a chimpanzee rescue.  Tickets for this event will be sold separately.  Please see up to date information on our Facebook page.
