About Irish Whiskey Dinner

Irish Whiskey Dinner

In Gaelic, Irish whiskey is known as uisce betha, the “water of life.” And we couldn’t agree more. Celebrate Irish whiskey (and life!) at a multicourse dinner in Father Luke’s Room. You’ll taste so many intriguing whiskeys, you may feel a touch Irish by the evening’s end.

Hosted by Hoke Harden and tasting a wide selection of Irish Whiskeys including Hyde 10 year, West Cork 10 year, Tullamore Dew 10 year, The Quiet Man 8 year, Jameson Cooper's Croze and Green Spot. Paired with an amazing menu from Executive Chef Matt Schumaker.

Menu:

Course one
Beet cured salmon with creamy herbed cucumbers

Course two
Spicy tomato veloute with parmesan straws

Course three
Lamb scallopini with espelette creme fraiche and radicchio

Course four
Aged ribeye with horseradish gremolata. Served with asparagus and black garlic hollandaise

Course five
Bete Noire with raspberry coulis
