About Imbrie Hall

Farmstead building or modern construction?

Imbrie Hall is named for the family that settled the site in the 1840s. Fashioned from a wonderful array of vintage and storied pieces, it looks like a century-old barn. But under its exposed beams, rafters and columns you'll find booths, barstools, wood stoves, antique signs and plank floors that add to the pub's rural character. 

One of a handful of McMenamins locations to accept dining reservations Sunday through Thursday, the place serves up lunch and dinner seven days a week — and the dining moves outdoors during warmer months, too. Special events occur year-round, be sure to check out the upcoming events calendar.

Here at the Roadhouse in Hillsboro, Oregon’s freshest seasonal ingredients are the stars of the menu. We source from local and regional producers such as Tillamook Cheese and Ice Cream, Pleasant Valley Pickles, Sheridan Fruit Company, Country Natural Beef and many others. Try our house-made pizza, soups and more, which include daily and weekly specials

We also offer locally made gluten-free buns, available for an additional charge with hamburgers and sandwiches – just ask your server about substitutions for dietary restrictions. Please note: Although the bun is gluten-free, our kitchens are not.
