Our Highland Pub & Brewery is in Gresham, Oregon, a suburb east of Portland, where we boast stainless steel fermenting tanks from England's legendary Whitbread Brewery, founded in the 1700s (although our tanks are a bit newer than that.) The first post-Prohibition Brewpub established in Gresham, Oregon, the Highland opened in 1988. These days Highland Brewer Bryan Delfino steadies the mash paddle and creates malted wonders within the storied confines of this busy brew house. Stop by for a sample of his latest and greatest, and bring your curiosities for a little shop talk. Enjoy these limited offerings because when they’re gone, they’ll be no more.
