McMenamins' 12th brewery opened in the summer of 1995. The company's northernmost outpost, it's located about 30 miles north of Seattle. As the pub regulars will tell you, the Mill Creek brewery makes a mean IPA, but there's plenty more being brewed at this location. The majority of the brews coming out of this small batch brewery are lagers! So get over to Mill Creek & bring your curiosities. Enjoy this one time offering because when it's gone, it will be no more.

This beer is a testament to our commitment to making the best beer for McMenamins Anderson School. This is not only our first Belgian-style beer, but brewed traditionally on a system that's not built for tradition. A multi-step mash brings out heavy banana aromas and flavors, overlaying the classic Belgian clove and spice nose. A simple body of Pilsner and Wheat balances the light hop bite from Tettnanger Hops to make this beer easily quaffable but undeniably complex. This is a beer for all those ready for the cold days to be over. We put in work.
