There is an undeniable conviction to the way Andrea Walker leans into a melody. As the primary songwriter and band leader behind Portland's indie rock darlings Glitterfox, Walker has spent over a decade translating the friction of life into unforgettable sonic anthems and operating with the easy, road-tested charisma of a natural storyteller. Her solo set strips away the wall of sound to reveal the raw, beating heart of the music: a relentless exploration of the human condition that insists on leaving a porch light on for the listener. By the time the final note fades, Walker has turned a room full of strangers into a community bound by shared survival and a beautiful, enduring light.
