About Book Swap: Fiction
Whether you're swimming in old
books, your book collection is in desperate need of a refresh or you just really love the smell of
old books, all are welcome at Kennedy School's Book Swap. Join your fellow
book-loving Portlanders and trade books until your heart and bookshelves are
content! We'll be serving literary-themed cocktails for the occasion.
Please note: This is a fiction book swap; please no
children's books or works of nonfiction. Full list of rules below.
RULES

The focus of this book swap is fiction for
adults

Ticketed guests may bring up to one tote bag
of books to trade and may take up to one tote bag of books home

Tickets are required for those participating
in the book swap; children accompanying adults may enter without a ticket

Books must be in good condition, free of
stains, writing, highlighting, water damage, rips or bad smells; creased spines
or dog-eared pages are acceptable

Acceptable fiction genres: literary fiction,
contemporary fiction, sci-fi, romance, thrillers, horror, mystery, fantasy and
general fiction

Please do not bring works of nonfiction (such
as memoirs, biographies, histories, self-help books, textbooks, creative
nonfiction, etc.) or children's books
