About The Cloves

Modern Americana

The Cloves

Described as "modern Americana folk harmonized through a '90's Britpop lens" The Cloves are a folk rock mainstay in the Pacific Northwest. The band is set to play their first show of original music in almost a decade, and have assembled a reunion of Tacoma music scene legends the Owl Parliament and lo-fi dad rocker Jake Loden & The Fisherman's Daughter to join them. The show features a collaboration with Tacoma poster makers Beautiful Angle for one special night at the Spanish Ballroom.

About The Owl Parliament

The Owl Parliament

By the mid-2010s, The Owl Parliament had taken Tacoma by storm with their powerful, melodic, energetic brand of indie rock. Borrowing elements from their collective, eclectic musical sensibilities, they laid a foundation for the impeccable songwriting talents of Aaron Spiro. Sadly, without warning, the band faded into obscurity in 2016. Nearly a decade later, the band has reformed and looks to restake its claim as one of the great musical acts of our time. Aaron Spiro and the original lineup of Nate Daley, Mark Alvis, and Andy Wambem return for a comeback that the Spanish Ballroom you won't want to miss!

About Jake Loden & The Fisherman’s Daughter

Jake Loden & The Fisherman’s Daughter

Jake Loden & The Fisherman's Daughter is the long lost indie rock project of South Sound songwriter Jake Loden. Following the release of their debut EP "Tents" in 2013, the band spent the next year performing across the Pacific Northwest, including appearances at Cheney Stadium and Tacoma's First Night Festival. After a decade-long hiatus, the project returns for a limited run of shows in summer 2026 - featuring original members and new collaborations.
