DEVILS BIT WHISKEY
Our St. Patrick's Day whiskey returns! This in-demand spirit only comes around once a year; get it while you can! 200ml bottles go on sale Saturday, March 14 at the hotel gift shops, bottle shops and select locations.

Devils Bit 2026
This year's Devils Bit is the marriage of two single-barrel whiskeys - one distilled from our Ananda grain bill, the other from our Hammerhead grain bill. Each matured for eight years in charred American white oak before spending an additional two years finishing in Sauternes French oak wine barrels. Finally, the two were blended, resulting in a richly layered whiskey offering aromas of dark cherry-infused chocolate, warm waffle cone and graham cracker. On the palate, golden raisins and honey unfold alongside subtle baking spices atop a balanced, lingering finish. Sláinte!

About Kinvara

Traditional Irish Music

Kinvara

Kinvara is the name of an Irish town in County Galway as well as the name of a four person band based in Portland, Oregon. They have been making music together for over 22 years and have recorded three CD’s. Band members include Grant Crowley, Sue Davis, Mark Masterson and Dennis O’Malley. They all sing and play the following instruments: guitar, mandolin, octave mandolin, fiddle, whistles, bodhran, and banjo. One of Kinvara’s claim to fame is that they offer a variety of different voices and musical arrangements to their performances. The group was first drawn to Celtic Music by listening to bands like The Bothy Band and Planxty. They had infused traditional melodies with the rhythms of rock and roll, making it more accessible to younger audiences. Kinvara plays airs, jigs, reels, as well as some of the more contemporary interpretations of Celtic Music and song by groups such as Dervish, Solas and The High Kings. They also perform songs from other folk traditions, some rock and roll favorites as well as a few original songs. Over the years, Kinvara has played at many local Irish Pubs as well as several McMenamins properties in Oregon and SW Washington. They also enjoy playing at weddings, wakes, schools and local farmers markets.

About Na Rósaí

Traditional Irish Music

Na Rósaí

In 2010 Erik Killops returned to his hometown of Portland, Oregon after receiving his bachelors degree in Irish Music & Dance at the University of Limerick in Ireland. Shortly after he met recent New Jersey transplant, and bouzouki player, Richie Rosencrans and California native, and uilleann piper, Preston Howard at sessions around Portland. All three were eager to start a project and discovered common interests in regards to traditional music. After a few house gatherings, a weekly performance began at local watering hole the East Burn. In the fall of 2012 flute player Conor O'Bryan moved to Portland from Chico, California and immediately joined the ranks of the band.

In the Fall of 2014 Na Rósaí released their debut album featuring an eclectic mix of traditional Irish music, old time Appalachian tunes, and a set of Breton, and French tunes.

Na Rósaí's second album is currently is the works.
