About The Reverberays
The Reverberays are a
surf rock band based out of the Rogue Valley. They specialize in high energy instrumental
surf rock but also feature some songs with vocals. The band has been together
since September of 2017, but all four members draw from a lifetime of
experience from various other bands and genres. They have played throughout the
Rogue Valley, as well as on the Northern California and Central Oregon coast.
Venues include Walkabout Brewery in Medford, Sound Lounge in Grants Pass,
Port'O Pints in Crescent City, Johnny B's in Medford, and Oberon's in Ashland,
to name just a few.
The Reverberays consists of Paco
on guitar and backing vocals, Fia Stone
on bass guitar, Chico Cornell on guitar, vocals, trumpet and Theremin, and
Guapo Chuzman on drums and more cowbell. The members have played in other bands
including the Delineators, the Moneypennies, the Touchables, Depends on the
Day, Megabox, and the Tattooed Love Dogs. Since the style mixes classic
instrumental surf rock and surf inspired standards that feature vocals, their
sets are flexible and the music can fit in at a myriad of establishments, from
laid back wineries to raucous bars.
