Red Rum Club
Liverpool sextet Red Rum Club continue their upward curve, charging into 2025 with relentless momentum and a sound that's become unmistakably their own - bold, brass-fueled, and bursting with ambition. With their signature "Mariachi Merseybeat" drawing fans from Merseyside to Mexico, the band are showing no signs of slowing down.
Following a huge start to the year - including UK arena and European tour dates with The Wombats, the year continued at pace with major festival performances at Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Tramlines, and YNOT - the band also progressed to play their biggest ever local headline show at Aintree Racecourse, Liverpool where 11,000 fans celebrated the band's meteoric rise.
In September, the band had their second top ten album with BUCK (Modern Sky UK) and received recognition from the ‘Official Charts' with a special award. Described as "a rebellious, high-energy evolution that shatters expectations and redefines their sound," BUCK captures Red Rum Club stepping into their boldest era yet. Additionally, the band also signed a licensing deal with New York based label AVENUE A which is currently promoting the album throughout North, Central and South America.
Live shows remain the heartbeat of Red Rum Club. To mark the release of BUCK, the band embarked on a major UK headline sold out tour (September 24th to October 9th) and played to thousands of fans across the country. Without a chance to take breath, the band then embarked on their biggest North American tour to date, joining The Wombats (October 14th to November 15th), building on their fast-growing US fanbase.
Red Rum Club remain one of the UK's most exciting and authentic live acts - a band with stories to tell, hooks to spare, and a brass section that could blow the roof off any venue.
