Possibly Irish
Possibly Irish is a dynamic
West Coast Celtic fusion band known for high-energy performances, lush vocal
harmonies, and warm, pub-style humor. Their setlists weave together toe-tapping
traditional Irish and Celtic tunes, modern covers, and original songs-delivered
with a blend of authenticity and contemporary flair.
The band features a rich
tapestry of sound with instruments including the bodhrán drum, Irish whistle,
hammered dulcimer, accordion, fiddle, guitar, and more. Each member brings a
diverse musical background, adding depth and variety to the band's unique style.
Yes, this is the resident
band at Oregon's iconic Enchanted Forest! Formed over a decade ago by
Susan Vaslev-artistic director at the park and a passionate student of Irish
music-the band now performs over 500 shows each season at Enchanted
Forest when not on tour.
In March, Possibly Irish
released their fifth album, Voyage Home, now also available as a 2-record
vinyl set.
