About Lost Photos of the Columbia Gorge: 1914-1930s

Lost Photos of the Columbia Gorge: 1914-1930s

Explore newly discovered historical images of the Columbia River Gorge, Celilo Falls, and beyond on the big screen. Photographer Patrick F. Smith developed vintage glass plate negatives from photographer I.R. Robison, giving a rare glimpse into Oregon history from 1914 to the 1930s. Many of these stunning photos have never been shown to the public before now.

Patrick F. Smith is a multi-skilled professional photographer whose work encompasses portraiture, commercial photography, and social events. His latest special interest project is preserving and documenting historical photos. You can follow Patrick on Instagram and on Facebook at Patrick F. It's like being back in the classroom - except this time you get to settle into comfortable seats and enjoy a drink or two with dinner while you listen and learn.
