The Meghanne Storey Project was founded in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. Buck's strong blues guitar background accompanies emotional lyrics written by Meghanne.

Meghanne had been on a musical journey that began with Seattle Girl's Choir in the mid-1980s. Meghanne studied voice under Dee Anderson, Dr. Jerome Wright, Bill Allison, Melvin Griffin, Charles Jefferson & Jennifer Mohler. Meghanne's songwriting style flourished through the 1990's grunge/folk Seattle Music scene along with her love of 90's gangster rap. These influences are heard in her captivating lyrics and soulful melodies in TMSP.

Highly Motivated, their first EP, details struggles with humanity, the failure of relationships, and self discovery.
