Waltz & Wyatt

Waltz & Wyatt

Eli Waltz is an Americana folksinger and songwriter, and he is bandleader of Eli & the Waltz.

Eli incorporates a fingerpicking style modeled on folk legend Townes Van Zandt, and draws upon the vocal stylings of Ray Lamontagne, Rachael Price and John Lee Hooker.
He was inspired early on by recordings of Howlin' Wolf and Little Walter. They and other blues giants influence Eli's gruff yet dynamic singing voice-as well as his impassioned harmonica solos.

For Eli, travel and music are inextricably linked. He cut his teeth busking in the streets of Medellin, Tel-Aviv, and Dali, China. And for a long spell, he lived and performed in Beijing.

Eli Waltz now lives in Washington, D.C.

His debut EP, "Burning Moonlight," will be released in 2022.

The group Eli & the Waltz performs regularly in the DMV, with upcoming tours around the country.

Kendall Lujan

Kendall Lujan

Kendall Lujan, a singer-songwriter from Portland Oregon ties together strong vocals with a folk/jazz flare. Her distinct voice ties in inspiration from old jazz and old country into her own interpretation of expression. Tending to write most when she is feeling blue but as she says "sometimes people just want to feel sad, it's actually enjoyable sometimes because it makes the happiness so much sweeter". Her debut EP is set to be released early 2023.

Darci Phenix

Darci Phenix

Darci Phenix is a folk singer based in Portland, Oregon. She spent most of her early years on peoples' shoulders at bluegrass and folk festivals, seeing musicians like John Prine and Emmylou Harris, and in her mom's camper van visiting national parks. From jamming with friends at campouts to having artists nights at their house, Phenix's mother, a public defender turned musician, taught Darci that music is first and foremost about community. As an adult, Darci's songwriting has taken her to Wyoming, where she lived in an RV Park with a cowboy and to the doorstep of her soulmate friend and 92 year old poet; both of which experiences inspired her latest release, Wishbone. With support from New Paltz, NY's Team Love Records, her mother singing back-up vocals, and the same community of Sacramento musicians that helped raise her, Wishbone is an act of love.
