"Castletown" performs a high energy show with a sound best described as "AmeriCeltic," blending the heart and soul of traditional Irish reels with modern folk, blues, jazz and country influences featuring the blazing fiddle and voice of Patricia Rojas, Robert Richter on guitar and vocals with Casey McBride on drums and Willie Gilmore on bass. Based in Portland the band has performed at concerts and festivals all around the West Coast opening for notable acts including Internationally known Irish fiddler Kevin Burke, UK artist Al Stewart (Year of the Cat) and Danny O'Keefe whose songs have been covered by Jackson Browne and others. ?In 2019 Castletown performed at the Portland Rose Festival Main Stage, KINK-FM Noon Tunes at Pioneer Courthouse Sq in Portland, Astoria Seafood Festival, Gold Beach Brew & Art Festival, The Bite of Seattle and concerts at McMenamins Edgefield. The band has performed numerous times on KGW-TV Channel 8 the NBC affiliate in Portland. Their latest album "Traditions" was released in 2019.
