Dig deeper into the science of sleep with Dr. Dave Dedrick, medical director of St. Charles Sleep Center. He’ll explore some of the fascinating, not-so-well-known facts about why getting some shut-eye is important and what happens when you don’t get enough.

Dr. David Dedrick is a board-certified sleep specialist and medical director for the St. Charles Sleep Centers in Bend and Redmond. He has been in practice in Central Oregon since 2002. He enjoys public outreach and education regarding the management of sleep disorders and is an active researcher in alternative management strategies for sleep apnea.
