Rhone-White Reception & Gourmet Syrah Dinner

The celebration begins with a reception featuring Viogniers and hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner with the winemakers at an elegant feast created by Black Rabbit Executive Chef Chris Rattaro, each course perfectly paired with a Syrah.


First Course
Seared rare bigeye tuna , marinated peppers, green garbanzo relish, and Castelvetrano olives

Second Course 
Maitake mushroom, caramelized spring onions, grilled artichoke, ricotta, olive oil croutons, and English peas

Third Course
Grilled marinated Andersen Ranches lamb chop, bagna cauda, and charred broccolini

Fourth Course
Slow-braised osso bucco, rosemary, garlic, borlotti beans, and San Marzano tomato compote

Fifth Course
Smoked Gouda fondue, local apples, brown butter corn bread, and tasso ham

Sixth Course
Devil’s food cake, black pepper, and boiled icing
