The celebration begins with a reception featuring Viogniers and hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner with the winemakers at an elegant feast created by Black Rabbit Executive Chef Chris Rattaro, each course perfectly paired with a Syrah.
First CourseSeared rare bigeye tuna , marinated peppers, green garbanzo relish, and Castelvetrano olives
Second Course Maitake mushroom, caramelized spring onions, grilled artichoke, ricotta, olive oil croutons, and English peas
Third CourseGrilled marinated Andersen Ranches lamb chop, bagna cauda, and charred broccolini
Fourth CourseSlow-braised osso bucco, rosemary, garlic, borlotti beans, and San Marzano tomato compote
Fifth CourseSmoked Gouda fondue, local apples, brown butter corn bread, and tasso ham
Sixth CourseDevil’s food cake, black pepper, and boiled icing
