Edgefield's 29th Harvest Vintners Dinner

Come celebrate the 29th harvest and meander the Edgefield winery in the midst of crush. Sit amongst the hardworking harvest staff and raise a glass for all they do. Enjoy an estate-grown, multicourse dinner by Black Rabbit Chef Chris Rattaro, paired with our signature wines. 


Passed Apps
Buckwheat blinis, whipped crème fraiche, and sturgeon caviar
Poached salmon quenelles
Roasted beet soup, caraway, and dill cream

First Course
Harvest salad, seasonal vegetables, grilled Chickories, crispy delicata squash, romesco, pepitas, and manchego

Second Course
Seared duck breast, tokyo turnips, swiss, chard, hedgehog mushrooms, confit hearts and acai berry gastrique

Third Course
Whole roasted new york striploin, fingerling, potato puree, crispy brussel sprouts, roasted cipollini onions, and sauce perigueux

Fourth Course
Monte enebro cheese, dry cured olives, marinated peppers, wild arugula, and grilled baguette

Fifth Course
Apple sticky toffee pudding
