When's the last time you had a multi-course dinner centered around Irish Whiskey? Now's the time to enjoy a night dining on a chef's delectable menu and paired whiskey.  Make a night of it with our hotel package, which includes dinner for two, lodging and breakfast teh following morning.

Hosted by Hoke Harden and tasting a wide selection of Irish Whiskeys including Bushmills Single Malt 16 year, Red Breast Pot Still 12 year, Connemara Cask Strength Single Malt, Teeling Single Grain, Jameson Caskmates Stout and The Knot . Paired with an amazing menu from Executive Chef Matt Schumaker-Meyers.


First course:
Fromage en croute: Stilton blue and brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry with spiced almonds.  Served with raspberry jam and rustic bread

Second course:
Persimmon and bresaola salad with arugula, hazelnuts, micro greens and a lemon, honey vinaigrette 

Third course:
Finnish cream, spinach soup with crumbled, quail egg yolks

Fourth course:
Roasted lamb rack with lemon, garlic caper sauce.  Served with Kennebec potato crisps and asparagus cream

Fifth course:
Roasted pears with espresso cream and a chocolate wafer
