Join us for a night hosted by Scotsman Stuart Ramsay, a writer, speaker and editor of The Definitive World Guide to Whiskey. Each whiskey has been carefully selected and paired with its course: 

Mulligatawny soup, Romanesco and preserved lemons
paired with Glenlivet Founder's Reserve

Roast rabbit sage Galantine, pumpkin and goat cheese, micro greens
paired with Talisker 12 Distillers Edition

Apple and cherry smoked pork chop, parsnip puree
paired with Laphroaig Cask Strength

Pomegranate fennel bruschetta, coconut crostini, apple yogurt vinaigrette, pomegranate nectar reduction, paired with The Balvenie 14-year Caribbean Cask

Autumn spiced corn cake, bacon and maple caramel glaze
paired with Highland Park 15 year

Overnight packages are available and include dinner for two, lodging and breakfast the next morning.
