About Longest Night Beer Tasting at Kennedy School

Longest Night Beer Tasting at Kennedy School

We're releasing 500mL bottles of Longest Night of the Year Barrel-Aged Barleywine again this year! Produced by the Edgefield Brewery, this beer celebrates its namesake: the longest night of the year, or winter solstice. Already a formidable ale in its own right, it has matured into a flavorful, complex behemoth and a true example of a classic, barrel-aged English Barleywine. It offers flavors of toffee, caramel, and a warming alcohol character that's been rounded and accentuated by notes of raisin, vanilla, and oak from its aging. Kennedy School Brewers Brian Riley & Ryan Lund will be stationed at the Gift Shop, ready to pour you a draught sample of this beautiful brew before you take a bottle home.
