About ‘Drink Beer. Do Good.’ Ex Novo Tasting

Ex Novo is committed to donating 100% of their net profits to organizations that are working to effect positive social change both in the Pacific Northwest and around the world. So come on in, drink beer, and do good because for this tasting, we'll be donating $1 from each EX Novo pint sold to Friends of the Children.

Featuring

Elliot IPA
Named for the neighborhood that Ex Novo is located in, this IPA is full of tropical fruit, lemony citrus and pine flavors.
ABV: 6.60% IBU: 65

Mexican Lager
Crisp and refreshing, this light lager is brewed with Vienna and Pilsner malts with a hint of flaked corn. Fermented with Mexican lager yeast. Saaz hops add a delightful balanced bitterness.
ABV: 5.00% IBU: 17

ISO: NEIPA
This juicy crusher tastes like citrus and millennial fanboy tears. This beer was brewed using a mother load of flaked wheat and flaked oats, leaving it intentionally turbid, almost like orange juice in appearance. The aroma is super fruity, citrus, tropical fruits like mango, guava, papaya, and ripe melons. The beer has a slight bitterness that comes from a generous hopping, all added post-boil, but it doesn't have an offensive bitterness; it's extremely approachable.
ABV: 6.2% IBU: 45
Malt: 2-Row, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Caramunich
Hops: Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic
Yeast: House Ale
Style: New England Style IPA
Additional Info/Intentions: This beer is fairly dry, making it even more crushable. Has a bit of a spritzy carbonation as well to help the effervescence of the hops and yeast.
