About with Cameron Ford
Portland-based musician
Cameron Ford performs acoustic tributes using voice, guitar, and a loop pedal.
Originally from California, he earned an undergraduate degree in Recording Arts
at Chico State before completing a master's of music in songwriting at Bath Spa
University. His career has included serving as a music director for The Second
City in Chicago and People's Improv Theater in New York before settling in
Portland with his family. In addition to performing, Cameron teaches at the
Happy Valley School of Music, serves at Helium Comedy Club and the pFriem
Tasting Room, and hosts a weekly kids' concert series every Friday morning at
B-Side Records in Milwaukie, OR.
