Looking for a place to host your next birthday bash?  How about that upcoming family reunion? We're pleased to offer the Thorndike Room as a free space for all residents of Bothell. To help you plan your next event, we've gathered together some helpful information.

Capacity: 35

Age Requirement - All user applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must either be present during the entire rental use of the facility or designate a responsible person 18 years of age or older to oversee the clean-up and check out process. Children must be supervised at all times.

Available Rental Times: 
Sunday - Thursday • 11am-11pm
Friday - Saturday* •  11am-3 pm
*Please note the Community Room is not available after 3pm on Friday & Saturday.

Catering: 
You may bring in personal sack lunches, water and soda. Any additional catering, including all alcohol, is available only through McMenamins.  You are welcome to request food and beverage service from this menu. Catering  services are also available upon request. No outside alcohol is allowed in the Community Room. If you’d like service from The Woodshop for food and beverages, please reply to the sales administrator that sent the contract, in writing 2 weeks prior to your event.

When and how often can you make a reservation?
The Community Room can be reserved up to three months in advance. Groups and individuals can reserve the room two times within a three month period. 

How do you make a reservation?
Please fill out our online request form. Once approved, you will be contacted by the events team to secure your date. You will hear from the Anderson School events team within four business days of submitting the online request form.
