How about that upcoming family reunion? In cooperation with the city of Bothell, we're pleased to offer up the Thorndike Room as a free use space for all residents of Bothell. To help you plan your next event, we've gathered together some helpful information. Capacity: 35 Available Rental Times: Friday • 7 a.m. 'til 5 p.m. Saturday • 7 a.m. 'til 11 p.m. Sunday • 7 a.m. 'til 11 p.m. Monday - Thursday • 7 a.m. 'til 11 p.m. Catering: You may bring in personal sack lunches, water and soda. Any additional catering including all alcohol is available only through McMenamins. No outside alcohol can be brought into the into the Community Room. To order food and beverages for your event, please contact McMenamins Group Sales department at 425-398-0127. When and how often can you make a reservation? The Community Room can be reserved up to (3) three months in advance. Groups and individuals can reserve the room two times in a three month period (quarter). The community room can be reserved with no limitations if reserved no more than one week in advance. How do you make a reservation? Eligibility to use the room (address check) is handled through the City of Bothell. To begin the reservation process please fill out our online request form. Once approved, your request will be forwarded from The City to McMenamins and you will be contacted by the events team to secure your date. You will hear from the City of Bothell or the Anderson School events team within two business days of submitting the online request form. Many people who have a Bothell mailing address live outside Bothell’s city limits in unincorporated areas of Snohomish County. To find out if you live within the City limits, please enter your address in the search field here. If your address is within Bothell’s city limits, the Property Overview will list City of Bothell under City.
