SYNOPSIS:

If Only is a psycho thriller murder movie where nobody gets out alive! Lucy first murders Chad, a jock she is in love with, but he ignores her. So, if Lucy can't have Chad, then nobody can! Lucy is part of a group of friends who seem to figure out that Chad was murdered by someone in their own school.  Lucy doesn't like that they are getting close to the truth, so she has to take their lives in order to preserve her own. However, the last of the friends, Lexi, who is wheelchair bound and mortally allergic to peanuts, is able to end the murdering spree by taking Lucy's life with her own EpiPen. This act drains the drug and doesn't give Lexi the shot to save her own life and suffocates from anaphylaxis. So Lucy and Lexi die together in each other arms.
