Edgefield's gardens offer a diversity of botanical interest to our visitors, a plethora of plenty woven together for all to enjoy and discover. You'll wander from Pacific Northwest natives to unusual exotics to our edible landscape of fruits, herbs, and vegetables. Learn from our professional garden team about the inception of the gardens, our collaborative program with Edgefield's own chefs, brewers, distillers, and winemakers, and the ongoing restoration and development of the landscape.
