About 1,000 Year Flood

1,000 Year Flood

1,000 Year Flood Bio Three chords have never sounded more interesting. 1,000 Year Flood came to life when Vancouver, WA musicians William Scott Browning and Joe Lenahan fused their ambitions with drummer and percussionist Carlos Reyna of San Luis Potosi, Mexico to create a unique sound for the unique stories of the songs they create. While spending the early months of the Covid19 pandemic isolating together and cultivating a bond with both each other and their respective families, the members of 1,000 Year Flood have since been busy sharing the fruits of their labors. 1,000 Year Flood has been well-received with standing-room-only audiences throughout the SW Washington and Portland, OR area. In October of 2022 they released a selftitled EP. The single "Great Divide" from this collection of songs has drawn comparisons to Pink Floyd, Tom Petty, and "Kiko"-era Los Lobos.
