Bryan Bixby's Last Portland Show

Bryan Bixby's Last Portland Show

Bryan Bixby has been doing stand-up in Portland since 2015, and has become a staple in the city's comedy scene. If you attend shows in Portland, there's a good chance you've seen Bryan. One of Portland's craftiest jokesmiths, you would recognize him by his raw style and rapid-fire delivery. Maybe you saw him at Helium Comedy Club, where he's a regular and a four-time FINALIST in Portland's Funniest Competition. Or it could've been Funhouse Lounge, where he has performed for years and currently co-hosts a popular roast show called "Everyone Hates You". You might've seen him on the cover of Willamette Week in 2022, when he was named "Portland's Funniest Person"; or at one of the dozens of comedy shows and open mics spread all over the city, and throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Now he's leaving Portland, leaving the west coast, and this is your last chance to see him Live before he goes!

This send-off will include a line-up of Bryan's closest friends (some of Portland's funniest comics) and a headlining set from Bryan Bixby to close out his very Last Portland Show at the historic Mission Theater.

Featuring: Adam Pasi, Dylan Jenkins, Tory Ward, Cam Strong, Jono Gindhart, plus special guests!

About Mission Theater

Experience a slice of Portland history. What is now known simply as “the Mission” was originally home to the Swedish Mission Covenant congregation in the early 20th century, and despite its staid, buttoned up appearance, this place now hosts live music, video dance nights and special events on select nights each month.

For ADA accommodations please contact us by email at boxoffice@mcmenamins.com or by phone at (503) 225-0047. Please note we are only able to accommodate in this section until it is at capacity.

History

The location that serves as one of McMenamins favorite neighborhood theater pubs was the locus of great spiritual zeal beginning in the 1890s. That's when the Swedish Evangelical Mission established its church here....

From a church to a theater-pub to event space, the Mission's history ain't exactly saintly. Click here for more info!
